Stayd for 1 night on Saturday 22nd April in a feature room. Check in was quick and easy and receptionist was very friendly. Our room was lovely and well decorated but not without fault. There was a sizable gap between the main door and the floor so this meant we could hear everything happening in the corridor. Whilst the room was clean there was stuff that the cleaners missed so not spotless. Major design floor in the room in that the TV is on the wall infront of the bed, meaning that you can't watch TV from the lovely lounge area, can only watch TV from the bed. Needed extra milk and tea bags and when asked for I was told to go to the bar ! I'm sorry but this is unacceptable even Premier Inn bring it to the room for you! These may seem like small things but for a hotel that's trying to be high end these are the details that should not be missed. The hotel itself is beautiful and the breakfast was excellent but again milk served in a jug with a chip in it! Another detail that got missed. We would definitely stay again but for the prices charged certain standards need to improve.

I had my son's engagement party at the hotel on 1st April' 23. I was met by Ella on our first visit to discuss my vision and to see if the hotel can meet my expectation on delivering my vision. I was blown away with the drive up to the hotel and the lobby but was worried with my guest list of 300 it might not work. Ella showed me the banqueting suite that could work for me, which is stunning, and she also showed me le Tereza which we could use for our welcome drinks... at which point I was sold. From that moment on the events team shared their list of approved suppliers and guided me through the process of hosting a big event. On the day of the engagement the hotel staff were superb and all my guests were welcomed with a smile. Our stay was amazing with all the amenities of a 5 star and more. Rooms are very spacious and modern. The hotel was the perfect setting for my dreamy vision for my son's engagement. I would like to thank all the staff for making our weekend special ....even the lunch we had the day after in the lobby!!!
