Streamlining a client's process can be crucial to the success of any business. As my client had grown, they needed additional support recording and tracking their existing and new client list. My client had expanded but had no CRM system in place. My client was seeking to find a system that would allow them to track, monitor and segment clients for email campaigns as well as build up client relations. The system needed to be fairly simple and easy to navigate as my client wasn't tech-savvy. As the client's VA it was important that I could easily access important details in the most efficient way to support my client in their expansion. In using Weatherly Solutions, my client now has an up and running CRM system in place thanks to Weatherly-Solutions. This has freed up my clients time, allowing them to concentrate on what they love to do in their business. As the VA, I can now efficiently access the data I need easily and manage campaigns effortlessly. The service from Weatherly-Solutions was second to none. Their expert knowledge and advice on what software would suit my client and other appropriate software to sync helped save my client time and money. Alex is a true professional and presented the packages in layman's terms through detailed 1-2-1 meetings.
