        First time buyer, Luis is the sales office could not support us enough went above and beyond on each visit, phone call and email. An amazing location to live. Laurus do make high quality homes but with any product there is always going to be an issue here a snag there. So far the after sales team have been great and are on top of things.

        A huge thank you to Luis at site who has been amazing, so professional from start to finish and couldnt have been more helpful along the journey! Its a beautiful home set amidst surrounding woodland and in my opinion, the spec detail in the houses is far superior than Ive seen at other developments. Integrated appliances, with high gloss finish very tastefully done. Hive thermostats on each level, lovely finish to wet rooms. A few snags so far to report but as a new build I was realistically expecting some. Customer service has been positive and professional to date
