        Both company website and NHS website say open all day but they shut for an hour 1pm to 2pm not helpful. Also says open Saturday and pretty sure they are not so my prescription is held hostage until Monday.

        I have been ringing since yesterday morning and the line is either engaged or goes unanswered. I am disabled and have my prescriptions delivered but lately things have gone down hill. They never let me know if they are unable to get my medication and just leave it until I phone to find out what's going on.

        The team at Oakley Pharmacy are fighting a loosing battle with valour! Currently they are without a permanent full-time pharmacist, and sometimes have trouble getting cover. The pharmacy is also the only one in the village, and due to the new housing developments, serving a very large (and growing) community without any additional support. The staff are very professional, and go the extra mile to help customers. So please, be patient with them, they are doing the very best under great pressure.
