Been trying to contact 4max for 2weeks to get a order In for collection. Wouldn't pick up the phone, sent an email. Email never answered and I sent that email 20th October 2022. Now the kit I've been trying to buy has gone out of stock, which indicates he is still selling stuff ?? I really don't wanna pay 10 portage when it's 10minutes drive from my residence. I've orded from 4max before and he was great but this experience has upset me abit due to wasted time. I hope he can fix the communication issues.

Often thought you can judge a company by the way they react when things don't go quite right. I bought a motor from 4max and it didn't run properly; a wire wasn't connected. I rang and discussed it and the motor was replaced without quibble within days. Excellent service!
