Where do I start? Oakley Carpets are a fantastic company to deal with, from start to finish. Nigel came out and took me through all the options available to me, as I wanted a good quality wooden floor. He was extremely patient, and extremely knowledgeable. After lengthy discussions, I agreed on Quick Step flooring. They managed to fit it very quickly, and in fact I had to cancel the first appointment as my electrician had not finished installing the UFH. I had to call Nigel and inform him of this a couple of days prior to them coming, and he totally understood the situation and gave me some later dates. Steve the fitter is an absolute craftsman, and he installed the flooring quickly & efficiently. He was extremely pleasant to have in the house, was extremely helpful, and very tidy! The way he caulked all around my breakfast bar, and sliding doors was absolutely first class. It is wonderful to find such a great local company, and I can assure them that I will be using them again. In conclusion, the professionalism, knowledge and can do attitude of this company is exemplary. I am so pleased that I decided not to use one of the large flooring chains, and used a local company with a wonderful reputation. Their reputation is thoroughly deserved. 10 out of 10!!!!!!

A small but extremely friendly shop with a lot of stock. They came and measured for carpet and quoted - we which accepted and we also bought some bedroom furniture. Very good quality goods
