        I ordered some flowers for my sister's 21st birthday, to cheer her up in lockdown. I phoned her today to find out she hadn't received them. I check my email and find that it was refunded two days ago, without any explanation, just an automated email. It's a shame as I always try to use local florists and haven't had a problem until ordering from here. If it is an important occasion I do not recommend this florist, unfortunately. People need to rely on services like this, you are paying for this service. To have this cancelled without explanation two days before the event is not good service.

        Amy arranged three bouquets for us to gift on our wedding day and delivered them to The Barns Hotel prior to the meal. The service throughout was prompt and professional. Amy was so happy to help find what we wanted. Plus the flowers looked amazing! Thank you!
