        The lacquer has been eroded on my sons plaque for some years now and I have complained many times about it Ive not seen any other plaque that has gone like this so feel its a fault and even though Ive just paid 160 for my sons plaque to stay in the garden of remembrance for another 10 years they want me to pay for the plaque to be renovated, ( Disgusting)
