The Stock Shop

Love coming to the shop the staff are very welcoming and put a smile on your face and their little dog always gives me a cuddle they are very helpful with their product knowledge.

absolutely horrible terrible customer service, i felt uneasy the whole time i was there and the workers were horrible towards me and my family and speaking in other languages whilst giving me and my family side looks i wouldnt recommend anyone to come here or apply to work here

Last time I visited this shop I unfortunately overheard an employee making a racial comment about a customer who came in and asked about a product for her hair type and they implied her hair type wasnt considered normal I was embarrassed as a white women to hear such a comment being made.

Absolute worst service Ive gotten in a shop. Last time I went I explained to the workers that their work dog cant be around me since Im allergic to dogs but they completely ignored me and still brought the dog out. Im disgusted by this behaviour from a grown women as well, this is the type of behaviour you see in nursery

If anyone was planning on shopping here ,dont. The staff here are racist, disrespectful and disgusting. They literally make fun of the customers and think no one can hear them when the whole shop can. If I could give this shop zero stars believe me I would. & also there is a worker there who unfortunately has menopause but she thinks its acceptable to take the mickey out of young girls who still get their periods. Miserable old women if you ask me
