        The ambulance chasers of party wall matters. Contacted us before we even recieved the letter from the coucil saying our planning permission had been approved to say they were acting on behalf of our neighbours. Then ended up costing 1000 more than the solictor acting on behalf of our other neighbours, and with the absolute farce that is party wall agreements there wasnt much we could do about it.
