    I cannot even begin to put into words how awful this company is from renting from! I shall try be as polite as possible. How many staff actually work in this establishment?! The staff turnover is a new record. We had a new property manager every other week! However from this happening the new property manager didnt have the slightest clue what they were doing. The main boss, David Harouni, probably doesnt even know we existed! He had all his workers do his dirty work for him. We have never seen any of the members of staff. - We rented from them for over 2 years!!! We have literally lost count how many times our boiler has broken. Over the November- January period of 2017 we had no heating or hot water. It was snowing and absolutely freezing in our property. They have never fully replaced this boiler, which according to our inventory report looked new. I can assure you it may look new on the outside but certainly not on the inside. The many engineers that came to visit said the company who made the boiler had gone into administration a good few years ago. What else broke in the house?! Well our kitchen tap, our radiator in our bedroom literally exploded, kitchen tiles, boiler, fridge/freezer... need I go on?! All in all the worst company to rent from!!!! ABSOLUTE NO!

    Simply the worst bunch of walnuts I have ever had the misfortune of renting from. If you have any concerns with your flat, I advise you try and get a dead cat to sort it for the first 2 weeks before reporting it to the Harouni Group, as this will make them appear slightly more capable than beyond totally useless. Our main issue (there have been a number of issues which we have faced when renting from this Landlord) is we have had a problems with the boiler. Over 4 years we had problems with our boiler. OVER. 4. YEARS. OVER! FOUR! YEARS! We have had so many electrical engineers coming to our flat that we lost count. We have had to take countless days off waiting for repair people to come round and look at the boiler or fix it, but there were many that never showed up, cancelled last minute or advised us they couldnt fix the problem and we would need to wait weeks on parts. We have had to endure months with no hot water. Months where we would have to have cold showers as there was only 2 mins of warmish water. We have spent months not living in the property as it really is horrible staying somewhere with no washing facilities. And the people they send round to fix / investigate your issue are not qualified and remove components which they shouldnt be. Half fix this problem. Make a mess of everything. Write all over your walls. Break your shower heads. The list is endless Currently we been over 4 weeks with no hot water and on the day of the appointment, after arranging a day of annual leave with work so that we are in the flat while the boiler repair is done, the repair people cannot turn up! We have gotten the Health and Environmental department involved (the council) to try to get this sorted. Truly awful company to deal with. And you will only ever talk to one of their representatives for a few months before they leave, quit or are fired (Im not sure why there is such a quick turnaround in staff there). So then you have to start the process all over again. To top it all off, they have the cheek to then ask you for money regarding contracts which should have been settled when you move in to the property (AND WE HAD PAID TO THE LETTING AGENT). So now we are fighting over paying a made up bill which keeps getting more expensive every time it is brought up in an email. There is so much wrong with this company. Avoid at ALL costs.

    This company is disgraceful. They have not resolved leaks issues that we have been reporting for over 3 years. Their flats are in dreadful condition, the plumbing is a health and safety nightmare and they have no regard to the stress and upset they are causing us. They need environmental health and the council to come and inspect and get them shut down.

    the WORST company I have ever experienced in my life. They just IGNORED all my emails and calls when it's regarding an issue. They didn't do anything when the wifi just shut down, when the heater broke, I had to call the COUNCIL to make a complain. When they recruit people to come to your apartment to repair anything, those people are just so RUDE and DIRTY, they dont hesitate to even pee in your toilets without flushing at the end. What a joke. On top of that, they took AGES to refund the deposit!! NEVER EVER WORK WITH THEM.
