        Dont deliver at times they give you or even the day they tell you. The helpline cannot understand verbal tracking numbers. No wonder the post office is going down the toilet.

        I have sat at home for three days, waiting for a parcel that never arrived. Day1 they said I was out- LIE. Day2 nothing heard despite promise of redelivery. Day3 Told the premises we in accessable, which is another LIE, as it's ground floor flat popular with its older residents because of it's easy access. So now, I will go with some I'd to my local distribution office and see if it's there. Disappointed would be an understatement
