I have to say this is one of the most helpful and authentic companies to have the privilege to encounter. I cannot reveal the personal particulars as to what happened but I can say the staff and management went above and beyond to help me. They wasn't asked they simply helped. In these turbulent times this is the type of humanitarian and qualities of integrity that makes us remember how small things and kindness can make a big difference. I would encourage anyone to go and encounter the friendly staff here and use the amazing services and products they offer. What an amazing place!

They are listed as a Service point for DHL courier collection. On DHL website, the shop timings are listed till 11 PM. However, they close around 7:30 PM. Also, they should be able to print the labels for parcel collection as per DHL. However, that is not the case. The shopkeeper flatly denied this stating lack of printer to print labels. On giving him a customer feedback as to how that affects the customers, he was extremely rude. I just asked him to perhaps get the details corrected in DHL website if they have the means, but his behaviour was abysmal and refused to acknowledge anything. I am not aware of any other services or offerings of this shop, but based on my experience today, I would not recommend this place unless they changed their attitude.
