My case was looked after Lauren who came back with a rejection from a bank, she had not explanation in her words very strange is how she described it.
She later on resubmits my application to another bank and midway disappears.
She had left the company and my file wasnt passed onto anyone.
By literary chasing my application I manage to get it back on track. Michael who I believe is a senior at the company assures me that he would look after my case. I then get contacted by Luci
Needless to say my second application was rejected with NO REASON. I ended up with 2 refused mortgage applications, and 600 which I had paid in advance. Also no explanation on why it was refused. I was brushes aside completely.
Their business with me was over as soon as they had received their full payment. I urge you not to use this company as you will miss out on making the purchase you worked so hard for. They are extremely unprofessional.
