        Ellicotts advertise as solicitors for the elderly, this is certainly not the case. They handled the will and probate for my father, they were totally inept and very expensive to do a simple probate. Staff changes in the middle did not help. When they did the will for my father they agreed to be executors and hold funds for his grandson until he was of age, they declined to do this and gave him the funds 4 years earlier than he was supposed to receive them, and apparently they had the legal right to do this. Avoid at all costs.

        Federica dealt with my Dad's house sale and purchase. She was fantastic! very responsive, thorough, good advice, I really felt we were in good hands. Thanks to Federica's hard work and professionalism we were able to complete sale and purchase in time to benefit from stamp duty holiday with just a few days to spare. Super impressed. Great service would definitely recommend.
