        Not great hospitality, even changed my time to my appointment so I had to wait 45min. A drink during my wait would be great. Unfortunately my hair wasn't the same at all on the picture. Felt rushed when it came to my appointment then was forgotten when the dye was in my hair, leaving me with different colour. I kindly would like my colour corrected on them.... But I will wait on a reply

        First time visiting the Whetstone salon after the High Barnet salon closed down permanently last year, I decided to see Laura shes a total professional and has a lovely graceful approach to her work- she fixed my months of neglected hair into a lovely bright blonde wiith a superb cut and finish! The salon itself was clean and the atmosphere was great, Highly recommend!

        The people working there are absolutely lovely. I have been a High Barnet customer for years, which closed down permanently since my last visit so I went to Whetstone branch today. Feels like a massive downgrade. Too small - customers bumping into each other. My climazone got bumped into 3 times. A lady tripped over. The place is too small for the number of customers and seats. I am not sure if I will be going back.
