I ordered flowers only because the company could deliver them the next day early before my friend left for work. It was her birthday. I paid 70 for flowers and delivery to an address 2 streets down. On the delivery day I was informed that the flowers had been delivered successfully to Katy. My friend had not been given the flowers. They were delivered after she left for the weekend. I was told the driver had delivered successfully to a person called Katy at the correct address. The person living at the address is not called Katy. The flowers were not personally delivered. I was lied to. Rather than try to sort it out I was told by the florist to call the drivers, they refused to help. When I could not get through to the drivers the florist would not talk to me anymore and hung up on my calls. They now refuse to take my calls at all This is an immoral company who will steal your money and not deliver. I will be informing the police and trading standards about your abysmal illegal activity!!! EVERYONE STAY AWAY FROM THIS THIEVING BUSINESS, THEY ARE CROOKS!!!
