I started seeing Shelley in 2021 when my partner and I were starting to try for a baby. Seeing Shelley on a regular basis kept me sane and the amazing, sensitive and acupuncture explained throughout made me so calm and relaxed. Im now pregnant and continue to see Shelley. She is knowledgeable, patient, kind and simply amazing. I love my appointments with her!

With 3 sessions of acupuncture, Shelley managed to induce my labour naturally and relieve back pain from being over-due. Highly recommend!

Shelley was fantastic. I was having severe pain / suspected tennis elbow and after each of my 2 sessions with Shelley (accupuncture and cupping) the excrutiating pain I was in disappeared. I didn't need to return for a 3rd session as the pain was completely gone after the 2nd one. She is a qualified doctor and very professional and knowledgeable.

Shelley is amazing. I had a tumour in my spinal cord removed and had been left with a lot of lower back pain since surgery. I thought it would be there forever as a result of major surgery twice. I couldnt sit for more than 30 mins otherwise Id be in severe pain and discomfort. After just one session of acupuncture and cupping my pain has reduced significantly so now I can sit for a considerable time longer. Cant wait to keep having more treatments.

Shelley is amazing! I went to her because I was suffering with really bad anxiety and depression, which manifested in physical pain as well. When I described my symptoms to her she knew exactly what is wrong with me. I felt the effects of her practice after one session. A couple of months and a few more sessions down the line, my anxiety is dramatically reduced, there are no signs of depression, the quality of my sleep is a lot better, I am able to concentrate effectively, I have become more productive and my physical performance when I exercise has also improved. I only wish I knew about her sooner. I will continue to going to Shelley. I totally recommend her. Thank you for what you have done for me Shelley! You have improved my life dramatically!
