Sneaky trick. I downloaded a trial, of T-Racks max bundle. Liked it and bought it. What I didn't know is that although I only installed the Max bundle, IK threw other plugins on there (not included), so I bought the bundle expecting the plugins on my DAW plugin list to be there but all the tape emulations are missing. They basically tricked me into thinking some plugins were included when they weren't. When there are 38 plugins it's easy to over look that some are missing when looking at the list before buying. To top it off the purchase of the Max bundle wiped the remainder of the demo period off the plugins that weren't included creating blasts of white noise. I would probably have bought it anyway and probably would have made further purchases but these sneaky tactics have put me off doing further business. To me it was dishonest.

I've had an excellent customer service experience when needing to return a faulty item (an iRig Acoustic Stage) for replacement. Following a discussion with the online IK support team, who took a while to respond initially but were subsequently very helpful, I returned the unit to Paul at IK Multimedia UK and received the replacement just a couple of days later. Very impressed with the helpful way IK has dealt with my issue - thank you.
