Lovely garden centre with wonderful and varied cafe!

Olive Tree cafe prices a bit odd full English breakfast 10.95 beans on toast 6.95 but you get beans and toast and bacon eggs etc with a full English doesn't make sense

Recently had lunch in the cafe with a friend. We chose the quiche which was served with salad leaves and coleslaw. Sadly we had to return the meals as the quiche was not cooked properly ( the egg was still runny) On speaking with the kitchen staff we were told were very sorry - the chef has actually left for the day but the quiche was made yesterday and reheated today!!!!! We were compensated with paninis but left astounded at this comment and to our amazement the quiches were still being served as we sat eating the rest of our meal!! The rest of the centre is really lovely but Im afraid we wont be risking the quiche again!

Nice garden centre, but the cafe prices are way over the top for what you get,we had 2 panini,s that had to be eaten with a knife and folk because they had been so squashed they couldn't be picked up without falling apart plus the price was well above what it should be .
