Unfortunately we feel extremely let down by tom's kitchen. We originally booked them in 2018 for our wedding in 2020 which had to be postponed due to covid. When it came to reorganising the date (sever times) Tom was accommodating. We then found out that the venue we was due to get married at was closing down so had to search for a new venue. We found this difficult and struggled to find a venue that would take Tom's kitchen as our caterers (most have their own inhouse caterers) but we felt we really should keep them as our caterers as they had been good to us upto this point. We finally found a venue that would accept us using tom's kitchen all be it we had to pay a premium for the venues loss of income on the food. We then finalised everything and booked it all in. After this tom then informed us that he is having to charge us extra due to his inflated costs. This was annoying as nothing had been mentioned up to this point and due to us moving venues they also did not have to pay 10% of our invoice to the venue which we would of thought covered these extra charges. Tom was the only one of all of suppliers that increased their prices on us. Reluctantly we agreed to it and moved on and looked forward to the wedding meal. Kelly arrived at the venue to set everything up the day before which was great and we ran through everything. The day of the wedding everything went well until the main course came out... We had agreed on a chicken supreme however we were served chicken in a thin watery gravy. I raised this with Kelly at the time and she said she would raise this with Tom on the Monday. On the Monday we received a very lengthy email from Tom saying that the food was what we had agreed on and that his team had been working on the sauce for days before and he was working with a new team compared to what he had before covid. I don't think he relised that we had been served completely the wrong meal. Tom. Liked to blame covid a lot for everything and I think he lacks the customer empathy and forgot we had also been affected by covid through all this. We responded and advised we was annoyed by the fact we had been served the wrong meal and we never received a response. We recently went through our insurance to claim for our increased costs and required some Information from him in order to satisfy the claim. This request also went unanswered. Luckily the insurance company agreed to settle the claim without Tom's input. Overal it was not a great experience and we would not recommend Tom's Kitchen to anyone. Lack of empathy, customer service, expensive and not able to deliver the meal they promised.

We had Tom and his team make our wedding meal consisting of incredible steak, lamb and prawns with salads of greens, couscous, and potato salad. Then later in the evening some fantastic pizza all went to plan and Kelly couldnt do enough for us on our special day. Thank you so much for making our day so awesome.

I highly recommend Tom's Kitchen. They catered our recent wedding and we are very happy with the food and service we received. The whole team on the day were friendly and very professional, adding a polish to our wedding proceedings.

Food and service was good for our wedding reception. However, we were so misled by communication with the events manager on the day, our cake was taken and cut up before we were sheduled to cut it first. Very upsetting!
