        Having been abroad for 7 years I returned to Oakham to see whether Sid was still there. He is, but only until the end of June when he will retire after 52 years of selling the finest shoes with the very best of service and repairs. Its not easy to find such charming professional service Sid and please let me assure you that you will be missed. I wish you a long and healthy retirement.

        Brought in a pair of well loved but abused boots for repair and they've been totally rejuvenated. Like a few others, I see, I also bring my shoes here, despite it being a bit of a trip from Belgium. Highly recommended!
