Lee did a good job replacing a water cylinder but left the old one on the pavement for over a week. I was told it would be collected the next day. I had to call many times, most were not answered or replied to. When I tried to book a service he said he would call back but he didnt. I tried again this year and spoke to him once when he promised to call back as he was in an attic. He didnt call back or reply to my many voice messages. I understand Lee has had a traumatic event recently so am modifying my comments following his requests. However it seems that it took my bad review to get A1 to contact me and the company needs to improve customer contact experiences.

I can't thank Lee and Jo enough. Lee came out to me a week before Christmas, when he must have been up to his eyes in work. He fixed my leak under the sink. Very efficient and kind. Thanks to A1 plumbing I will now not have to worry all over Christmas about emptying bowls of water all day. Jo was very kind and kept me updated on when he could get to me. Lee was contracted by a building company who did an extension for us to move an existing boiler into our new extension, to install the new cloakroom suite and fit a new radiator. Lee was always communicative, polite, turned up on time and let us know what was happening . He was happy to problem solve and worked well with the build team. We're very happy with the work he did.
