We hired Garth for his 2 week kick start. He was excellent, he evaluated our start levels, then set a program which would test us, but not dishearten us. By the end if the 2 weeks we were fitter, leaner and stronger. We have continued with the exercises, and both feel healthier and more energetic. Would highly recommend Garth for his enthusiasm, knowledge and professionalism.

Garth is a fantastic trainer! I still feel new to the sessions (well exercise generally of late!) but hes great at pushing you where needed and explaining the whats and whys of the training. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Garth to anyone who wants or needs a trainer at any level and he is always happy to talk through any topic of health well above and beyond the pure training!

Garth is highly motivated and shares that enthusiasm during his classes. My fitness has improved immensely; it is the only form of exercise I enjoy as I do not go to gyms and hate swimming!! Kick boxing mixed with interval training is a good combination. I would recommend Garth wholeheartedly.

I have been working with Garth now for 4 months and I am delighted with the results. In this time, I have lost 12 pounds without even trying, no dieting - just having fun. My body shape has changed completely, and people are noticing, which is amazing and a great confidence boost! He is great to work with, really knows his stuff, gives great speedy results that I never thought was possible and the sessions are challenging but such fun - the hour is gone in the blink of an eye. This is my first time with a PT and in the past, I have always hated every kind of exercise! So well done to Garth for making me a convert! What's more, we have regular reviews on my progress and then set targets for the areas I want to work on and goals I want to achieve - which keeps me focused and on track. I would absolutely recommend Garth to you - you need him in your life!
