    What a life changing experience Ive just concluded & it was all thanks to Julies friendliness, warmth, expertise & immense professionalism, she sure is a font of knowledge! I decided to completely transform my life & thought process after decades of the dos & dont of low fat dieting, having come to the realisation that guess what..they dont work! I scanned the internet & found Julies website, I liked what I read & she was local too, so booked a consultation followed by a 12 week programme. Over the next couple of months Julie managed to untangle the years of misinformation Id accumulated & slowly set my head free of all the right & wrong doings of diets. I was well aware that this whole process wasnt going to miraculously change over night but Ive learned & am still learning to except these small but amazing little tweaks that are indeed life altering.     Julie has literally changed my life . When I first met her I was extremely overweight, lacking motivation and had no self worth. Furthermore I was living in in constant pain and suffering from digestive issues. I instantly felt comfortable with Julie and she introduced me to a new way of eating . I embraced the new regime and was amazed that within 7 days the pain in my my joints was beginning to disappear . Within a few weeks I generally felt like a new woman . I cannot express how much my life has changed. I am energised and have also lost weight . Julie's knowledge of all things nutritional is vast and I could not have wished for better support . She is always encouraging ,approachable and helpful .

    When I first contacted Julie I was in such a state of anxiety regarding my unhealthy eating habits. I dont was concerned about inflammatory illness, pre diabetes and the fact that I was the heaviest I had ever been. That was three months ago and although my weight isnt yet where I want it to be, my weekly zoom sessions with Julie have helped me to have a much healthier relationship with food. Her holistic approach and her excellent knowledge of the scientific evidence around nutrition have really helped me recognise where my issues with food come from. She has taught me that if I follow certain behaviour patterns around stress management, exercise and eating a wide variety of food, I feel so much better and more optimistic and at last as a result, I am beginning to lose the weight! So thank you, Julie, I look forward to checking in with you every so often just to keep myself on track!
