        I was visiting family at Christmas and the international flight from the US, coupled with some sleepless nights feeding an infant, left my neck and back in pretty rough shape. I was stiff, achy and terrified of triggering a migraine. Thank goodness for Oakham Osteopaths! Gareth so kindly made time to see me in his lovely office to try to sort out my discomfort. His treatment was gentle and thorough, combining stretching, massage and an overall very holistic approach to pain management. He even followed up with me days later and made maintenance recommendations for my journey home. It makes me so relieved to know that I have such a reliable place to go when Im back visiting Oakham! Thank you Gareth!!
