Fantastic service and attitude! Reliability on deliveries is superb too! Would recommend them unreservedly. Have never once let me down. And the cost is realistic.

Absolutely appalling customer service from the 'manager' of this store. I had a parcel delivered there with CollectPlus - because I could pay nothing for delivery and get it four days earlier than if it was delivered to home. I tracked the parcel this morning and had already planned to leave home in my lunch break, making sure to arrive at the shop after the parcel was delivered and before they shut with their reduced opening hours (2pm). After a 15 minute walk, I arrived at about 13:53. The door was open. I went to the counter and the manager shouted from the back room: Were closed. I said I thought you shut at 2pm? She replied: no were shut now. I told her Id just had a parcel delivered and had walked 15 minutes to get there before they closed. She said: Ive locked the till. Im not reopening it just to give you your parcel. Ive got to go to another branch yet. I said, but you dont close until 2pmits now 5 to. She replied again, getting shirtier with each response: I dont get paid from now. I asked her to make an exception (even though its not one because she shouldnt have been closed early) and she said no. I was absolutely dumbfounded at her rudeness and lack of customer service and left, shaking my head. I thought when I had a parcel delivered there last week and found her curt that she was just having an off day, but I was wrong. Avoid the place like the plague.
