Even though I only wanted to purchase a simple inexpensive threshold strip the help, advice and service I received was second to none. I will definitely be going here for my flooring requirements. Excellent service.

Very helpful, competitive local price and excellent finish on installation. Absolutely cannot fault them from our experience. We went in just to have a look and get an idea of prices (wh had looked elsewhere locally first). The gentleman in the shop was very helpful but not pushy, he asked if we wanted help when we went in, showed us where what we wanted was then said did we want to look by ourselves which we did. He left us to it then came over again to help when we wanted to borrow some samples which he let us take free of charge (with a promise to return). He agreed a mutually convenient time to come out and have a look to price up for the wooden floor we chose and arrived on time. He measured up, asked a few questions about what we wanted. Explained that the wooden floor may not fit under the lip on our mantlepiece but it might do. He then sat for a few minutes to work out a price and gave this to us there and then. We agreed to go ahead and made a provisional booking about 3 weeks ahead. As it turns out we would not be ready and about a week before the fitting I had planned to ring to put it back a bit when the gentleman from the shop rang me to apologise and say that the fitter had been off ill and could he put the fitting back a bit. This was fine with us and I am still giving 5* because at least he rang, and apologised, and rearranged again to suit us. They arranged for delivery of the wooden boards the day before the fitting when we agreed we would be in (after 5pm) and the fitting was carried out expertly in the 2 days he promised. The fitter worked very hard but did an impeccable job. We did not recieve a bill from the company so went in a couple of weeks later and paid. Would highly recommend.
