I had a very difficult sale , with difficult solicitors on both sides . At times it seemed impossible that it would ever complete but both Charlotte and Peter were amazing in providing more information than they should have needed to , to push the solicitors along, always chasing on my behalf and always taking my calls. It definitely wouldnt have gone through had they not been so proactive .,

Newton Fallowell were outstanding from the moment we contacted them.originally for an evaluation and then when selling our house in record time. They were friendly, great communicators, fielded some pretty underhanded and unreasonable potential buyers, found us a great mortgage and life insurance AND intervened to hurry along our solicitors when communications werent forthcoming. We really couldnt fault them. We went in after completion with a bottle of champagne, some pastries and a heartfelt thank you for holding our hand during a stressful 6 month process
