        Excellent staff (sorry I didnt ask your names) with very helpful product knowledge about puppy food which I purchased today. I arrived before the opening hour of 9am and was allowed in and made welcome. I highly recommend this excellent pet shop Tails n Whiskers on the High Street of Oakham, Rutland. I have a very simple philosophy of shopping locally as much as possible to help try to keep independent shops open. I also bought our puppy and adult dogs Christmas toys from here, both made by Kong and they have lasted well considering our sharp puppies teeth, thats quite something !
