        Horrible, fussy old ladies behind their screens on check out , constantly faffing about doing internal paperwork and redirecting paying customers away from theirselves to the other tills. They have absolutely no concept of customer service. How about smiling and saying thank you ?

        Lovely bookshop and greeting cards ranges. Also stock Thorntons chocolates. My only criticism and it's a big one is that they do not provide even the simplest of paper bags for your delicate card purchases. Cannot understand it.
