That's Nice That

I ordered a oak personalized beer bottle cap display on the 17 November 22 and was notified by email on 18/11/22 that my order was on its way with a tracking number stating that Evri were expecting my parcel ( If I had realized that Evri were the courier, I would not have purchased) then on checking the tracking number it said on the 22/11/22 that my parcel was at the Hub being processed with a further update to say it was out for delivery between 19:00 21:00 on Tue 22/11/22, (pleasantly surprised) 21:10 I get the We're sorry we haven't been able to deliver today. We'll update your tracking when it's on the way on the next working day Well what a surprise, NOT........... the next working day....... nothing , and so & so forth to this date still nothing. So 7 days since Evri have had my parcel and no delivery or updates, clearly they either do not have it or they have lost it (yea right!!!!!!) I asked for a refund. If you could refund me the 35.05, preferably quicker than Evri say they will deliver, it would be appreciated. Needless to say the response i received 30 November 22 was OK at best, Hi ther I am sos sorry, We must now presume that your parcel is lost in transit, and I really do a apologise for that. I can re send one asap, but of course there is delays with all the post at the moment, Please confirm your address if you would like me to do that, Veronica Which i responded with "Hi Please refund as requested" And to date (07 December 22) No response / No refund / Zero contact !!!! Dispute now raised with PayPal If you are happy to pay for goods & services from "That`s Nice That" and receive nothing for your money & zero service then i can only recommend you make a purchase !!!

Amazing Service, I had a few issues placing my order but Ross sorted everything out and spotted a mistake I made before the item was put into production. I also needed the item in a hurry as it was a gift so they arranged for it to be sent for delivery next day. Great company and overall superb experience. Will be back to buy more gifts in the future. I was looking (really late) for a custom doormat as we'll be away with our pups in the caravan for the first time. So happy with my purchase! I wanted to change the message on the mat and they responded really quickly and updated it! Plus the order came in one day, so thrilled! And the quality is amazing, I honestly cried when I got the mat. Highly recommend it!

Excellent outdoors enamel cup! Perfect size for a cuppa or even a glass of vino. The design looks really good and the finish looks like it should hold for years. Well done That's Nice That for another great product!
