        I recently had a full body massage with Ruth and cant believe how much better I feel for it. My knots have been well and truly kneaded and Im excited for the next time I visit Ruth as I know Ill be in excellent hands. Not only was the massage itself amazing but she took the time to explain things to me and let me know which parts of the body she would work on and in which order, which made me feel even more at ease and allowed me to just lay and relax.

        Reflexology helped relive some pain from arthritis and nerve damage. If your unsure if it'll help or not like I was its definitely worth doing. Ruth was also informative and given good advice.

        I had a lovely massage here today with Ruth. I cant believe how much better I feel and my headache has completely gone. I feel so calm and relaxed and at peace. If you need a bit of rest and relaxation, this is the place to go. Had another massage today... after a week of constant pain 24/7, I am now pain free. What a relief. Thank you so much Ruth
