Rutland Memorial Hospital

I was sent by 111 for severe abdominal and flank pain with suspected kidney issues and straight away was told by a very miserable nurse that I'm "faking it" and it's "all in my imagination" she was so rude and uncaring and just couldn't wait to get me out the door. They refused to do any type of tests let alone any scans etc to see if it's related to my pregnancy! If you want actual medical help then go literally anywhere else. Update: I went to Leicester hospital because of the pain and they saw me within 15 minutes, immediately asked for a urine sample after listening to what I was saying and guess what.... I had kidney stones and a kidney infection!

Got told no appointments to see my 3 year old daughter that was crying in pain with her ear after the pharmacy told me to see a GP to check for infection. Very disappointed

Have been sent here by my hospital for scans and X rays and always been well treated. Prompt polite and caring , so 5 stars in my book. Great central location too.

Dr gallimore!!! Legend... delivered my first and second children,stitched like a professional seamstress! That was 1981 and 1984 ... I've had 2 more babies since then and both much heavier than the first 2,no stitches needed with my subsequent births... Dr gallimore is a legend

Came with my 3 year old asd son yesterday evening. The guy at reception and the doctor my son seen were both amazing and friendly. Overall a great experience
