Incredible service from start to finish. Boiler had stopped working and was 'absolutely dead'. Rob was out within an hour, had found a replacement PCB and ordered it within minutes. It has just been fitted - and heating back on within 24hrs from my original call. Couldn't recommend Rob & Kate highly enough - thank you.

Today my boiler broke 2 days before Christmas and feared it would be off until new year. I rang O'brien expecting the worst possible response. Not only did they come out same day but after a phone search for the faulty part they had my boiler up and running the same day - excellent service thank you

If I could give 10 I would called in to office on Monday morning at 10.30 with a fault with my boiler recieved a call back 30 minutes later Rob arrived 10 minutes later he had the part on his van boiler now repaired very polite and curteous brill than you very much only one week before Christmas cheers Phil walker

Thursday night noticed boiler not working, called Kevin O'Brien's first thing Friday and spoke to a very nice lady who assured me someone would come out that day to look at it. Within 2 hours Rob O'Brien arrived got the boiler working wirhin 10 minutes and was gone, brilliant. I have used Kevin O'Brien's firm for over 15 years and have always found them excellent.
