        Having experience as a customer with the Bradshaw-Taylor owned Sherpa Adventure Gear Company, I thought it worth a mention of my experience. Although they ball was dropped terribly on my original encounter with Sherpa (a brand I am wanting to love) both the parent company and Sherpa were exemplary in how they handled the problem. Every business has hiccups, but it's rare these days that anyone cares enough to follow-up and make it right. Well done.
