JDRM Dental Care (Oakham)

Had an unbearable tooth ache, called every dentist in a 1 hour drive radius. They managed to fit me in, when no other could. Was a bit of a wait time but I was told about that before coming. Receptionist was really friendly and helpful.

Absolutely terrible service not supportive of people with disability needing treatment being sent on a whirlwind 4 times regarding a tooth extraction needing done only to be given antibiotics 3 times for the same problem no tooth actually been extracted and today for the 4th time I was sent away with nothing being done other than being stabbed in the gum and tooth to burst a tooth abscess with no pain relief applied and then banned from every jdrm dentist for complaining about the service I received .. absolutely Terrible service most definitely would not recommend

Hi, to anyone who is petrified of dentists like I am, the dentist I am seen by is absolutely brilliant, I can't put in a bad word, I've had fillings a root canal and I have had no problems at all he has restored all faith in dentists for me, Amazing team Couldn't be happier.

Had to go in today regarding a broken wisdom tooth dentist was poking and prodding in my broken tooth with no pain relief and said Im to go home no antibiotics was prescribed for potential infection no X-ray was done I was told that there is nothing that can be done Im to just go home and deal with it and then told the police are going to be called on me for refusing to leave till they treat my broken tooth and do something for me as I was referred there by 111 for emergency treatment they are very rude and obnoxious

The receptionists and the dentist i have are brilliant , nothing is too much trouble, I have had to visit quite a few times this year !!! The receptionists are all very friendly and helpful ...The dentist i can't fault either , very friendly and kind ...
