The Official Webshop has poor customer service. They do not offer free returns. Unacceptable.

Shopping experience is good, simple and smooth. Delivery was fast and well packed. In fact it reflects the same quality as the wellies themselves.

Absolute shocking customer service Ordered wellies in jan 2019 were faulty so they refunded me after some emailing and not great service on replacing. Ordered again on 11th nov 2019 Boot bag arrived on 13th no boots, phoned on 14th was told possibly stock level issue however they were still selling them and that size on website. 15th got a voicemail while in hospital telling me they found some but I have to pay and place my order again, told them I paid and not got money back. I understand how authorising money works with banks but I never cancelled any order and they should be phoning to make sure funds are released back which still have not been released yet which is the 18th Nov They tell me I have to phone my bank when all the issues are caused by them! I still dont have boots or the 200 I spent buying them. Customer service is a joke. Update - my bank said they never cancelled so my money was left authorised. They also set up a recurring payment! Really poor CS from Le Chameau
