        As a DIY customer rather than a Trade Professional, they are very helpful. If you are looking for some advice along with your purchases - timber, paint, tools etc. - then I suggest you avoid the early morning rush and pitch up around 10.00 am when they will give you great guidance in a relaxed and friendly manner.
