The Hearing Care Partnership

Thanks to Elaine my son can now hear again and more importantly she put us in touch with a specialist that will be able to correct his hearing. I had no idea to the extent of my sons deafness and that he had been lip reading. The hearing aids that she has provided us with until his operation have been truly amazing and made all the difference. You wouldn't even know he is wearing them and it's a big deal for a teenager. He's now wearing them with confidence and loves the fact that they connect to his phone. He can even turn us down if he wants a quiet moment! My son is now able to enjoy a conversation and not tired all the time from having to concentrate so much on what we all take for granted being able to hear.

I first saw Elaine in December 2019 for a very thorough hearing test. We decided that hearing aids would help. The first meeting was followed up by others introducing me to my new hearing aids. Throughout Elaine has been very helpful, encouraging and patient. Patient care is her number one priority. She is an outstanding professional in my opinion.
