Well what can I say ... brought a few bits from this weeks auction. Most of which is rubbish. Bits broken . Bits missing. Not mentioned on sale day. Also noticed " room bid" ( commission bids where plentiful pushing prices up . Yet alot of the time the words " commission bids" wasn't used when "room bids were made as we watched it live . Not much information given on each lot . Only 2 hours viewing . Suspect why auction day is no longer open to public??? Hmm

Im 100% sure that they bid items up themselves then if they win the items strangely appear again in the next auction. Also if you place a maximum bid online if you do win its for exactly what you maximum bid is. Very suspect. I really enjoyed going there until I realised they where not honest.

Been using easylive auction for years - always paid for lots I win, never had any problems until dealing with Oakham Auction Centre. Very disappointed with the Center. Won lot in May 2022 and was waiting for invoice that never arrived. I called to ask what happen and they reported it was issue with their email system. I offered to pay over phone but did not want to do that. They promised to resend invoice- never received one. Called 2 more times to resolve the issue - eventually gave up. They banned me from bidding. Since they sold the items. When I called them they said that the will only withdraw the ban only if I pay original amount. Very disappointed and treated unfairly and have to pay for their issues with technology :( I would not recommend this auction house to anyone.
