Tried to go to 2 different providers, both sent city fibre, 3 times they came, in total 7 engineers to my property wasted my time and theirs, they wont do the install as kitchen and bathroom at front of the property.. wont throw wire over roof despite VIRGIN and OPEN reach doing this. These properties ALL have their living rooms on the back and your company failing to address the actual issue. (1st install excuse) was you need 40ft of cable and need this confirmed by management. (2nd install excuse) wires are glass and cant be bent so cant throw wires over the low roof like open reach and virgin have done. (3rd install excuse), boss told us about this property earlier.. (so knowing it was a fail why did you continue with appointment wasting mine and their time). Yes the wires can be bent, we can install it in the kitchen for you.. (me) no you cant. Asked engineers to leave my property.. all 7 was as much use as a chocolate teapot. Reported to offcom as you have failed to find a resolve for this as seems like providers are using your company wasted time, money and resources digging up my street cos you cant provide the services youre offering.. unless Im requesting a new isp install then Ive never seen your company in my street trying to find a resolve. Called you directly for a belligerent woman on your phone to tell me to contact ISP what use is this when they dont do the installation.. You do.. so what good is it contacting the middle man??? I suggest you get better and more trained engineers who know how to do the job instead of making excuses, taking pictures of my property layout & of the building would be useful for future reference but you failed to do, your 2nd lot engineers lied and said the first lot had. Had the first lot done this, the 2nd and 3rd lot of engineers would have had a clue plus where was the permission to photograph inside my home, Because I never seen anyone take out a camera or even a phone unless was for phone calls..your company could have made a plan of action to resolve instead bury head in the sand and hope it goes away. Awful service and engineers
