The food was excellent for both adults and children! But they were let down by the service. The menu gives no detail of food available for children. When asked, we were told smaller plates of the roast. No indication of cost or that alternatives (pizza) were available. We had to ask for someone to take our order, having been waiting some considerable time. The starters and childrens meals arrived in good time. But it took a really long time for the adult mains to be brought out. And then they missed part of order. There was no offer of sauces or water for the table. When we asked for water, we were sent to the bar to help ourselves. At the end of the meal, we were sat for 20mins waiting for our plates to be cleared and to order dessert. We eventually gave up when we saw prioritising setting tables before clearing away or seeing to customer service. But tried to justify this by saying they were understaffed. All in all, it makes for a very disappointing experience and not in a hurry to return again.
