I wouldnt buy here again. Over a year later and there are still snagging items outstanding. The aftercare has been terrible to be honest and with everything Bloors first answer is NO. With construction now started on phase 2 all they care about is building and selling. The disruption caused to residents and people who have bought their houses is not even considered. The dust,grime and noise is unbelievable but they are not even willing to work with the residents to make it bearable. Do not buy any of their extras as they are not worth it. They install the cheapest quality and then take no responsibility for it. The lawn is of the cheapest quality and its not even straight, the fridge freezer has broken down once already and the fridge freezes all our food which we then have to throw. When you speak to Bloors they just dont care and are not willing to do anything. Once they are off site all I can say is good luck even trying to get hold of them to do anything at all. If I had a choice I would not buy here again.

I wouldnt buy here again.
