Just had a Home buyers level 2 from Andrew Derrick and really pleased with the service he offered. It was all done over email (although happy for me to ring if i had any questions), he was really quick to respond to questions and managed to get the survey done within a week of asking him to carry it out which was an amazingly fast turn around just before xmas when all other companies were booking for the new year. The price was really competitive and worth the money for the report that he completed. Would use again and would highly recommend service to others looking for a surveyor in the area

Andrews service from start to finish was fantastic. Timelines were quick and accurate. Survey was put together very well with lots of information and all follow up questions were dealt with quickly. Great value -100% recommend

I cannot fault their service. From start to finish Andrew provided a very fast, efficient and friendly service. He always answered any question I had very quickly via email and no question was too much trouble. He fitted our survey in at his earliest convenience and as soon as the survey was done, he turned the report around and got it back to us within three days. I would highly recommend these surveyors!

Mr Derrick recently completed a Building Survey of a C1900 mid-terraced house we're in the process on buying. The service was excellent throughout. Mr Derrick was very helpful with answering our initial questions and flexible when organising the date of the survey. The survey report was received quickly and was very thorough. We also appreciated the opportunity to talk through any questions, particularly as we are first-time buyers. The survey has helped with us re-negotiating the price of the house and saving money. We're very happy with the service provided, and would definitely recommend.
