        We have used Next Communication for Several Years now, There customer service is always top notch. No nasty contracts like the other sharks out there. Recently we had a major BT Line Fault, Next were able to advise on an estimated up time, and even provide a temporary solution (within just over an hour) to enable us to run our business as normal using a 4G Router.

        Next Communications are great, easy to work with and have a solution for everything! When we moved premises recently, they found that our new building was not connected to high speed internet, but Next found an interim solution until Openreach were able to sort the issue out. They also upgraded us to a very flexible VoIP platform which allows our users to pick up and redirect calls anywhere, and most importantly, are able to turn off phone rings in the evenings, weekends and holidays. Also very good value for money. Thank you Mark and your team! :)
