Helen helped me recover 1,100 that was 6 months overdue. It took us 4 months, but she didn't give up on my client even when I had. Engaged HJA Solutions to recover 2 invoices from a previous employer, who was refusing to settle, I am an independent trader or relies on prompt payment of invoices to survive. I found Helen very professional and determined to get a resolve. Following an initial exchange of details the monies were promptly paid with late payment fee and interest incurred by my previous employer. From a customer perspective this draw a swift conclusion to a long standing problem. I would highly recommend HJA. I had one clients that was refusing to pay an invoice after our contract ended, and as a small business this was quite an imposition. Helen and the team were so responsive snd helpful and the clients paid on the same day of receiving communication from HJA. 100% would recommend and although hopefully I wont need their services again, I would gladly go back to them every time!
