        I ordered a mocha cortado today and it was so hot it burnt my hand I dropped it in the car and it spilled everywhere I've been using the drive thru for along time and it's never been this bad

        Always drive thru in the morning- staff are jolly friendly and know my drink pretty well- its getting expensive- they work hard and deserve a pay rise!
