Had lunch there today with my sister Caroline, her daughter Hannah and her daughters. The food was piping hot and absolutely delicious. I had the fish it was tasty the batter light as air and worth every penny. The oldest baby had a lovely lunch and as it was quiet the staff came out to chat with us. The bar manager Alex and his sister entertained Lucy so well with gifts and just keeping her amused. The kids area was closed but the outside park was available to her. Had a lovely day would recommend it to any one.

Alex and the rest of the staff make you feel really welcome. The food prices may at first look a bit pricy, but until you see the quantity and quality of the food you soon see it's definitely value for money. There is an adult only area and a family area which on various night has entertainment. At the back of the pub is a play area inside for younger children and a park and grassed area outside for older. It's clean and inviting with free WiFi.
