I requested a gutter clean and window clean which appeared to be a good offer at the time. A date was arranged and the operator asked if I had an concerns with the gutters. I suggested the front gutter looks like it needs reclipping. He assured me thats the neighbours gutters. He proceeded with the works and later suggested hardly anything in the gutters.
Soon after when it started to rain I could hear water hitting against my back window. The gutter was leaking and now appears to be bent. I requested another callout. I was told someone would come out. Instead 3 weeks later my windows go cleaned which was supposed to by monthly. They arrive at 7.30am unannounced and left my back gate wide open. They didn't address the problem. I raised the issue again about the gutters. An operator came out. Who didn't even read his notes. Didn't know what he was looking for. Got his ladders. Before even trying to attempting to fix it he just said oh your gutter is bent. I said I know it wasn't like that before. Now he's suggesting I've got a downpipe blockage although I was told nothing was wrong with my gutters. I even have a homebuyers report relating to my gutters suggesting they're in good repair.
He mentioned there's a fault with the way the house is built. And I need to source someone externally. Wasn't happy with his response and the gutter still remains unclipped. I arranged another visit no one attended. I arranged another visit and told them I won't be until late after they decided to turn up at lunch time. Without getting access to the property he's just "remembered" the downpipe issue.
I've complained to the company as it's not causing a wet patch behind my gutter and they won't deal with it. Although I've taken pictures they really don't care. Instead THEY FORCE YOU TO PAY THEM MORE FOR THEIR RUBBISH SERVICE.
WOULD NEVER TRUST OR RECOMMEND EVEN IF THE OFFER IS TEMPTING!
